Please choose your desired service option and if you’d like us to arrange a collection for your vest. The return postage will be added at checkout. We use a fully insured shipping service for your vest.

For any necessary follow-up or questions regarding your vest, kindly provide your email address so we can contact you directly.

If you wish to send the vest yourself, we recommend against using Royal Mail.

    Recommended every 2 years or 500 hours of use, whichever comes first.
    This service includes:

    • Full inspection of wiring and bladder
    • Firmware update
    • Full battery charge
  • Recharge Service
    After the 1st and 2nd detonation, following purchase or a full service.
    This service includes:

    • Standard inspection
    • Cannister replacement
  • Full Service
    After the 3rd detonation, following purchase or a full service.
    This service includes:

    • Standard inspection
    • Cannister and bladder replacement
